Radisson Blu Hotel, Lucerne

room is quite nice, we got the upgrade to business class. nice view, great location, near train station in walking distance. nice staffs.

A bit expensive if compare to a room with no BF. Our airconditioning and refrigerator not working. They did nothing, then we have to open window at night, and had to throw away food for all.

Cheerful staff, helpful, free internet everywhere in the hotel, reasonable price and good food.

TV is too small, limited number of international channels

Location, location & location. Radisson Blue is located right next to the Luzern main station. Also we have complimentary wifi in our from as well.

Make sure to get standard room with coffee, view of Pilatus and 2 queen beds. It has good location to see Lucerne Culture and Congress Centre.

Luxury hotel in the most beautiful city of Lucerne. Walking distance to rail, lake, arts and city. Very happy, knowledgeable and professional staff, particularly reception. Value for money in a very expensive country. Suitable for both holiday and...  

perfect spot for lakeside strolls and quick city access

I loved the short, less than a 5-minute walk to the serene shores of the lake with fine views and relaxation. Being just a few steps away from the charming old town made it easy to explore the historic sites and vibrant streets of Lucerne. The friendly staff also were really nice too ensure a nice stay for me as a solo traveler.

Really good standard hotel in a great location next to Lucern train station. Everything is within walking distance. The breakfast was in a nice location with a large choice and the bathroom is really modern and stylish. Overall a good place to stay....  

I booked a double bed as I was with my wife and they gave me two single bed apart which I complained to the front desk and he immediately upgraded me to suite.that is what I say excellent staff and Hospitality....  

This is an excellent 4* hotel. Comfortable large air conditioned bedroom, large clean bathroom. Most amenities provided. Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

The price is too high for ordinary travelers as opposed to business travelers. Swiss Franc is very expensive at the moment.

Excellent room and friendly staff. In particular, there was a young staff member, from Germany I believe, who was very pleasant and helpful in accomodating our requests. This excellent level of service was greatly appreciated by us and I hope in some way our gratitude can be extended...  

There was a lovely view from the Lakeview room we chose. The room was modern and clean.

The hotel had a centralised airconditioning system which worked well in the main areas of the hotel but we froze in our room as the fan seemed to keep coming on unnecessarily and there was no way to stop it.

The rooms were good modern and had delightful views. The location was good and perfect in a central area, so close to the Shores, restaurants, train station, shopping, and Chapel Bridge, and Titlis/Jungfrau/Interlaken;))...  

It is a nice hotel near the railway station and it quite central ... Near all the popular sites; all within walking distance. Good breakfast spread.

It is quite unobtrusive and so, is a little difficult to find especially when a sign 200 m away from the hotel at a road junction points in the wrong way.
